Interesting to note they have 3x the amount of shares that EXR do so we'd be like triple the price if our company was worth 25B dollars. Obviously EXR will not be a producer as the board has stated but just an observation that value in assets to us should have more of an impact of SP into the future than compared to other small cap explorers that have a lot more SOI than EXR
