If the deposit is in Nevada and probably on federal land, I cannot imagine that it would be permitted any time soon. Also Peruvian/Chilean deposits are brine - you need to extract lithium from water. What is this exactly? A volcano in the middle of the desert near native land / reservation.
The author of this Czech article is some generic tech copywriter writing about anything and everything. You brought him a few clicks but I don't find the content of the article very relevant to EMH.
