I don't see any sense in breaking it out at all. Certainly it would just make itself a much, much higher takeover target which, if a company has great growth prospects, will always rip off the current shareholders. Not to mention that SMS wouldn't sell their half, it would never turn its back on a 50%-owned, multi-decade factory building gig. The only company on the planet in a position to take us over here is SMS themselves, and why would they when they get half the business anyway and don't have to worry about the tech.
