    M&A rule of thumb used to be 5 x peak revenue.

    I think there was some modelling from ANP or one of the broker reports - but even if we take USA market with a 20 year product life....

    If Phase 2B is successful - I can't imagine why the Board would consider any sale for under $5 billion.
