The entire three Ring Circus is effectively insolvent. It is just one totally worthless lifestyle company that survives from quarter to quarter by shuffling money between three nominally independent subsidiaries. EDE was recently bailed out by a $1.2M cash injection from TAS under the guise of a 'loan' which was almost immediately written off in exchange for worthless EDE shares.
