As to what this letter is? Who knows. Doesn't seem coincidental to me that Gangfeng restructured their ownership, I know they said it was to do with with regulatory issues in China, but lets be real.

Depending on the outcome of this latest inquiry, if we see some resolution to the issues I might be back when it opens. Could ultimately be a positive if Leo gets some actual resolution and closure on these issues.
