That the function of a squeeze. I'm asking what is the catalyst... the share buy back? but that just works in favour of the shorters. Deploying the $2b war chest to buy a project? Nothing I can think of will help right now. Even with a take off agreement the prices are dropping and unfortunate to negotiate with price margins (leaving a lot on the table)
A random thought is like CATL rebuying a 4% stake into the company. Something like this is significant.
