Bill from DVP was quoted recently that to create wealth, one must own the Mine.ESS owns the mine with 11 million cash ,a Lithium deposit out cropping , open at depth and in the corridor with previous recent takeover interest ,and they haven't scratched the surface ( unexplored) without suggesting a oncoming C/R to drill for Gold ,REE ,Nickel etc with the ESS shares on offer at a modest 270 million approx.
This Lithium spot is only going to intensify ( terrible news on the South Pole this week- the trend has been confirmed) and ESS is in a strong position and does not need DVP. at this price The motivation for the LTR takeover is that Lithium prices will double as the purchaser quoted this week .
