I noticed some patterns forming on the DRE chart going back a few years viewed on logarithmic scale.
The slanted green lines just pick the previous bottom to the previous high on each run. (notice very similar angles on the lines).
Red line predicts future possible run.
Blue line is previous high trend.
This puts DRE at $0.445 by sometime around end of FEB 2024, and at a 1.5b market cap.
Is 1.5b MC possible? given REE, Nickel and Kimberly copper&gold discoveries/resources, IMO yes for sure. Brokers have put DRE at now $0.20 price target with REE alone, so just over double this isn't too far to stretch the imagination to get to 0.44.
Disclaimer is i'm not a professional anything so if you know or think this is laughable TA wise that's cool by me.
