If the mining permit was not a factor, I'd expect PDI's share price to be soaring in the high 30c range by now. It's comforting, in some ways, that the only factor that the downrampers can utilize is that the mining permit has not been granted yet. Unsurprisingly, given the due sensitivity of negotiations and liaisons with relevant stakeholders, there has been little news about progress to date. I expect that as benchmarks towards granting of the permit are reached announcements will be released in due course. I'm obviously in the camp that expects that the permit will be granted.
