it will probably mean development and management staff are going and that will mean their development of product will go slower. Looking at their financials this is a company that is struggling as costs are increasing while revenue grows. I always believe growing companies often increase costs before revenue, but cutting costs shows their pipeline can’t be overly strong. I think the commodisation of AI technology is hurting them, as some of their products can be replaced with generic AI tools. People like SalesForce are bringing out tools that make functionality from BTH redundant as are other CRM vendors. I see their leadership as talking a good game and not following with actions.
