    Yes, it again reflects what every long term holder (I am one also) has been saying in the aftermath of this raise; it feels like we have right guy in Neil, but we absolutely need a real and potent board... let's only hope this raise beyond keeping the lights on is used diligently to obtain an off take, and/or funding...
