As a simple but fair and reasonable incentive…
How about setting up an incentive based around share price. Not to get back to where it was at near 70c. But to improve.
They deserve a reward when they add value, Ie an increase in the value to say double what we had 6 months ago.
I’m happy to accept an incentive for management that drives them to provide us shareholders with success/value.
Target share price for first incentive should be say, $1.40.
If we win, they win… and given we supplied the cash for this company.
That’s only reasonable.
