my thinking and i could be wrong as i have been many times , BL put together a great deal to secure nal, he has bowed out as he achieved his personal goals and financial freedom as most investors would, sya is now moving to a significant canadian company and will benefit from a canadian ceo or a highly canadian centric board to suit there countries objectives, i personally see it as a company in need of a more localised management team to take it to the next level as sya moves into production and deveoping the moblan resource , its a personal view of how things seem to be trending , no idea if i right or wrong just my gut feeling , open to sensible discussions but none of the constant BS that day traders propagate, and yes i feel sya are a takeover target today as there id leadesrship vacuum and sadly its what investment bankers profit from but hope it doesn’t happen and the fruits will go to current shareholders
