Let’s not kid ourselves. The BOD has put the for sale sign up. They signalled they support $3 a share in the absence of a higher offer. I intend to vote against the SOA, but I’ve not seen one be defeated in the few times I have voted against one. GBG was particularly painful!
I think it’s just going to be a question of price now. I think somewhere towards $3.50 will sadly get it done.
