IMO That quote from Hungerford could be scientifically correct once our consciousness create the outside world, One may say ?? but in reality Golden Ratio ruling the beauty we fall in love with (or attract to?).
having said that falling in love with mathematical symmetry algorithm can not really be love ?? or can be?? otherwise many people also fall in love with a crow in first sight! apparently god haven not calculate that number for snakes correctly!
Children can fall in love to everything much easier compare to adult , maybe not learn to hate? i.e. They don't avoid eye contacts.. unlike all zombies on the road! lol
