Hi Ben, Another very good post, well constructed and argued! And very much appreciated by me and many other holders. Some good grounds for debate.

Just a few points that I might would like to mention. Firstly in relation to “potions to treat Rhett’s Syndrome! NEU struggled for many long years very much unloved and ignored by investors. They employed at least one but it could have been 2 companies from the US to help find a partner. But that did no help, nobody wanted to know about them. They took many years longer because money was very scarce. When they finally landed a deal it was backended, so the market dumped them hard again. The market wants dollars up front. It was a fantastic deal from a business sense but the market wanted their cash up front right now. So they could move on to the next shiny thing!. Even the FDA approval didn’t move the needle much to start with. A fantastic buying opportunity. But the market wanted CASH NOW! It’s only now that the market can see many years of strong cash flows and a possible takeover is it receiving some support. It’s still no achieving the rewards it’s due. Biotech is extremely hard, very rewarding when the technology hits the bullseye.

If I could make a suggestion to you? As you like doing deep research, perhaps you could take a deep dive into the resumes of our Directors and Senior Executives to further understand their experience with Biotechs listed on other exchanges than the ASX. PH has been the VP of a Nasdaq listed company. Whilst I am in no regards current regarding Nasdaq listings I have some prior associations with Companies who had listed or were trying to list on the Nasdaq. The stories about the successes and failures, the hurdles and results were fascinating. Again it’s not always easy. One standout trend with IMU is their continued recruitment of US based executives, directors and advisers. This has been largely overlooked in these forums.

At the March roadshow PH said IMU was planning a Possible Nasdaq move which would only come off the back of a significant event. In a video with LC she mentioned “pulling on her big girl pants “ and heading to the US. The big capital markets. My suspicion is that this subject has received considerable board attention and at least preliminary planning is in place. Remember the LC and several other senior IMU appointees spend a considerable amount of time roaming around the US networking with othe senior biotech investors many of whom are Nasdaq listed. Does any body reading this really think that IMU aren’t acutely aware of the SP and actively working towards changing that situation.

Back to the main theme of your post, Ben! I suggest it’s a little early to take such a strong position about the failures of the BOD! Turning this around is like turning a big ship. It takes time.

Sorry if this post is a little disjointed, I’m on my iPhone and had several distracting interruptions.

Perhaps we should wait till the year ends, and see what transpires after the next round of presentations. As always I expect several surprise announcements. Just like NEU/Acadia deal that the market trashed, I believe that the IMU/Exer-cel deal will be a ripper in hindsight! The market will get proven wrong again.

Once again I’d like to thank Ben for his contribution .
