re: Ann: LCY: Legacy Joint Venture to Develop... Well, this is an interesting turn of events and very unexpected. We'll see how this pans out and whether or not the market thinks it's a good deal. I would have liked to have seen some cash involved in the transaction and a higher sp for the 250mil issued shares. Could lead to someone else now looking at HAW for a takeover before this proceeds?
