yes, that's why I think it's come to a head.

They'll have to get cracking and protect that remaining 16,000 fully. As you can see they have been steadily loosing net acreage over last 3 years.

Perhaps the acreage they did loose was worth a bit more than $100 now, as Niobrara only recently got hot.
but that's all in the past.

we have the best 16,000 according to Terry.

with 70 wells, maybe we should just buy our own rigs!
