    this 2019 study found support for saline gargling and nasal irrigation for treating common cold…

    maybe it might turn out that gargling and irrigating with water is really good at flushing out the build-up of common cold virus?

    what kind of water was used in the FRE study? Was it chlorinated or saline or distilled? Maybe the water doesn’t need to be saline to help?

    it is indeed a mystery….
