feasibility studies indicate they can do 2000tpa, currently they are ramping up to STEADY STATE PRODUCTION- which means they'll hit the desired rate as proposed as they go through trial and error.
remember it is a complicated process to extract lithium from brine.
if they don't then I guess they'll revise the metrics and say "hey market, we can only do 900tpa, our bad" - then the market will decide and punish them.
until then, give them a chance to get there then you can assess whether to become a holder and try make some profit.
