    Today announcement anothr financier will roll over loan at Favourable terms. The European banks do not want to cause massive selloffs...they realise things will turn around, Aez has nearly 90% occupancy, which means money coming in to service loans etc. Any excess cash is being paid off loans.
    LAst NTA 24c...at 2.7c its a bargain imo.
    Orbis still hold nearly 20% with last batch bought in Feb at 7c plus
    DYOR but when it starts to run it will run quick imo. Report by end of month will shed more light on where we are sailing. Those with tolerance for risk will get a good percentage return if they get in sooner than later imo.
    Again DYOR...but IMO this stock could set people up for retirement in 3-5 yrs time.
    Buy and hold...we may see 20...30...40...50c in the future
