    With all due respect when it comes to designing, building, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, qaulity rampng and nameplate operations you have no idea what you are talking about.

    A feasibility study has nothing to do with these things it's an economic study.

    What's happening now is unremarkable for a project of this type.
