yes you were on the money copydog. Good allso to see the drop in building values for the last 6 months was around half of the previous 6 months so we must be near the bottom of the cycle. The ICR is still strong (over 1.5)even with the low occupancy as their costs have been shaved to. Also over the next 3 years there are few rentals that will expire so thats also good Still speculative due to the September 10th loan renewal situation but in a way the low Treasuries rate due to a depressed economy should play in our favour if the loans have a fixed interest rate for a number of years. Only negative for me is LTV looks higher than what they state which I didnt like to see.
