The market cap for PEN is very low for the amount of pounds of Uranium they have when compared to other uranium companies. As the market for uranium heats up, they will have a multitude of funding options available to them and may not necessarily have to come to the market. Off take agreements, joint ventures and placements to large investors come to mind.
