People respond to your criticism means they allow it and treat it seriously, and you do need to thank Henry for the lengthy argument. People here are generally using their own money to invest and can accept your point if your criticism is reasonable. I believe you know that building a highway in a residential area is not at all comparable to an all weather road in a remote area, so you should expect some critical challenge from others when you posted your comments.
