I'm really not sure if our milestone/KPI program is what we should be measuring their success by...
at the start of the year, a deal with an EV company was the holy grail, now we're looking at 3 that might get over the line this year.
Now how does this affect the Trinseo deal? do we want to be giving 35% exclusivity to them when we're showing that the less binder you add, the better the performance? The Trinseo deal was a way to get to the end users, now the end users are coming to us.
Looks to me like the landscape has changed rather rapidly.
