I agree he did mention, as an example, a lawyer leaving impacting a particular negotiation. He did not say they were about to sign a deal with that particular party however (in the times I heard him mention it), he just gave it as one of many different types of challenges in negotiating big and complex challenges in this sector with groundbreaking new technology.
