The announcement is for a small parcel share buy at max prices may not be successful. The 2 previous share buybacks did not use all the cash allocated for them so history suggests this might not get much traction. IMO. In the same announcement of a buyback/cancellation of shares is the issuance of new shares. If management believes that the ASX undervalues YBR shares, why have there been no director dealings in the last few years? It's not clear how their strategy plan can be better executed through a delisting. IMO.
