read latency is a little more complicated than a simple number. Bus speed/clock speed , bandwidth available all impact dram read speeds. For example ddr5 was ‘slower’ than ddr4 when it first hit the market , it had more bandwidth and a bunch of other benefits. I suspect read speeds at dram is their way of saying behaves the same way with the same parameters. Write speed of less than 10ns means they can dial up the retention and will lose some write speed in the process. They’ve got 300% to play with at this juncture.
