i noticed the name "craigibourne" in the tittle of a moderated thread...
i'm from sydney so ... but i have been offered a 'cheap' investment in melbourne...
is craigburne a bad suburb?
why do i even know that name?
and how close are those 'bad suburbs' to this NEW land release of 130 000 blocks ?
