Hopper can withdraw 10m from the Lind-Draw down facility. If he would place 300m shares to buy at 3c it would cost 9m. Then later drop feeding into the market above 10c would be a huge financial gain. I would declare a share buy back at 3c, let's see if the BOT would still continue to sell. Unless there would be legal restriction a move worth to be considered.
