All eyes will be on the Independent Expert's Review (IER) due soon, for the latest deal proposed by EEA.
If not deemed fair, and not reasonable to SH's, EEA have the option to request a second experts opinion or negotiate a deal that is deemed fair.
Personally I don't think these extra options are fair, or in the best interests of SH's. So hopefully the IER's opinion is the same and we can get a much better deal for these options.
For me, that is the only part of the deal that sux balls.
Can't wait to see what the report reveals.
