Silver Lake have bought a stake in Red 5. The former CEO wanted to merge with Red 5 but the corrupt chair and board had promised SBM to RF. There are a lot of serious questions that ASIC should have answered here but I'll bet it never happens. The whole WA gold mining sector stinks.
