Not that funny really. And I think what tomboy is alluding to is already being done.
These Performance Rights that have just been issued were from a framework setup back in 2015. They are not really rewards for performance but merely a mechanism to pay executives and management shares instead cash as a cost cutting measure in order to attract the best team.
Performance rights are up for a vote this next AGM. I for one will be voting no unless there is some transparency.
In the past I couldn’t even find the policy that we are supposed to vote on . They either make it to hard to find or hide it…
