I’ve read the 2023 Ann Report on progress in IP. It is the first section I went to.

My point wasn’t that no IP progress was made in FY23. My point was that it is fine mentioning other applications of ATL1102, like asthma and myocarditis, but we need to put a stake in the ground with a PCT priority date.

Maybe they’re all covered in PCT/AU2020/050445 and 2021903024. But I can’t find any reference to these diseases, but I’m no biomedical degree holder.

Can you tell me the “proteomics” patent? Are you referring to the Long Covid ones?
