I always allow +/- 3 trading days as that seems to be his error margin unless he has lost the plot (pun intended).

So that gives 5-13/06/2010 although the last two in April and July were +3 so maybe its 13/08/2010! Anyway we are in the range now and although I am hoping its more like 23/08/2010 I have too much respect for his work not to be very cautious here.

That 23/09/2010 could also be significant as a top, especially as severe Oct falls often wait till after Sep futures expiration but not always.
