This dispute has appeared on LYC annual reports for the past four years.
I wrote to the Judiciary in Malawi and got no response. Have followed up with another contact who advises chances of the Licence being overturned by the Court is very remote.
You will find that LYC did not receive the licence in the first place. Check it out.
