Just my speculation., If i were Yara and will be buying NRUP project that can produce at lower cost. i might have asset (pilbara) that might not that attractive. why not offer this to NRZ and acquisition cost will be used to finance the project that i am buying in. Yara global average gas acquisition cost is quite high last i check.
for NRZ, what is the reasonable acquisition cost? will this affect BFS? or in what way this will supplement NRUP? are we providing feedstock? this is cash generating unit, will they dismantle it for NRUP (which possibly unlikely i think)? if agreed, what is short term revenue can one expect from this plantation? what is the % of the NRUP project sold?
NRUP urea plantation definitely can't operate remotely from its gas source due to its design + its carbon usage.
