Their SP has gone parabolic, it would be reckless of them not to raise.
If we fail to time the top, no big deal, if they fail to raise at the top then everyone will have their arms in the air in hindsight saying they should have raised.
They are years away from cashflow, they have to raise I don't see why people are surprised.
