When’s a good to buy assets ? When the market is dumping them for no reason.
Post GFC, really high quality real estate was still being dumped 5 years later. Interest rates were at record lows, and yet, investors were still dumping! I know of one property in Sunshine Beach 2013 that went sub $1m now valued at ~$6m. Just one example from thousands! The herd got spooked and stampeded.
Todays SP for IMU is in exactly the same place. The results which are increasingly closer every day, The only news about results was from Gossy’s post. Which said exactly what I was hoping to hear. Especially the part about finding tumors previously undiagnosed.
So I’m taking advantage of this opportunity! When there’s confusion there’s profit to be made!
