Do you think they would need to secure the full capital before making an FID and getting started ordering the kiln amd getting early construction underway?
Or is there a scenario that something like NAIF get on board even without the rest of the capital secured, and they would put that to work with kind of a fingers crossed the V market improves and funding is found when needed?
Seems a risky proposition, just wondering if there is a precedence of any other companies doing that?
