Something to consider...
The last reported activity in Cameroonian media was on July 15.
Back then it was being reported that a joint Cameroon-Congo meeting was being organised to take place July 30 - August 5 for final discussions prior to the project commencing with the official foundation stone laying.
Even the outcome of this 30/7 - 5/8 meeting has never been reported.
We don't even know if that meeting actually happened, or not.
It appears not.
