I think so, or just focus on the early stage targeting and soils. No need to be model/commodity constrained. But most of their ground is in gold country. I don't rate the nickel either. Targeted AC drilling under cover is another good option. Or in and around Hobbes for gold - see if it's just part of a bigger system. The REE is probably just a distraction - unless it coincides with a gold anomaly. Look at Codrus today, but better grades and half the MC.
