Spoke to Scott today. The CR is for two reasons. They need contingency funds incase any problems arise during drill. Second reason is that they have decided to drill deeper into the lower angwa so they need more drill pipe for the 6inch hole plus specialist slimline wireline tools that fit the smaller diameter hole which are quite expensive. He said it’s far better to have funds and not need them during a drill than to have a problem arise and stop everything to beg for more money.
