I'm not worried. The only time the sp matters is when I decide to sell. That won't be before we see significant revenues, which are potentially around the corner.

If Clarion doesn't succeed, then I'll worry. If Psi-gad doesn't succeed, I'll worry. 42x.. 675... etc etc. Unless I missed something there's no reason for concern.

Otherwise bring on the NASDAQ, it can only be positive for this stock. Any pain felt in the meantime is purely psychological.
