I am amazed that people throw dirt on these expert opinions. We have a Nobel Prize winner suggesting such things along with many other professors and experts and people continue to run the thread that this time its different. We have the most pricey housing in the world, many factors are stacking against it its inevitable that sooner rather than later we are headed for a fall. How much is up to the umpire (you and me).
