Good post and i think you have nailed it, that was my understanding of the 1 hin = 1 vote, not the share holding size.
Of this alone i would say it will fail provided enough of the small guys vote the same way.
Like you thats my understanding.
In short if enough of us small guys stick together we can defeat the cashed up bullies.
