It's sounds like the Lower Angwa exploration target has been "upgraded" internally based on some new analysis. If so, then this is a material uplift in potential valuation if Lower Angwa comes good, ie. a motherload of gas, which should more than offset the minor dilution from today's cap raise. It's all about return on capital invested, so if the "new" Lower Angwa generates $100m+ of value then that's a good return on today's placement monies.
