Think your a little confused here, the company doesn't pay tax on your behalf, it pays tax on its profits at its corporate rate. You then receive a credit for that tax paid, also they do not pay tax at the time of each dividend (6 monthly). The credits you are receiving are from the previous year when they did their returns.
In other words they are not paying tax at the time they send you money.this is done once a year just like you.
